Huh?

Maeve woke up this morning with a killer cough. She spent a good 5 minutes hacking, clearing and expectorating.

Me: "Wow Maeve. That's quite the cough you've got there."

Maeve: "I use it for stripping meat off bones."

Saints Preserve Us! Maeve is 4!

So of course, our little family of 4 also had to acknowledge Maeve's 4th birthday which fell smack dab in the middle of the week. But that didn't stop us from enjoying the day to the fullest. Mother Nature served up a beauty for little Maeve with temperatures sitting comfortably in the 60's. Below are some photos of our lunch at the park, followed by our homemade pizza party and the modeling of some new pajamas. We cannot imagine the last 4 years without you Maeve. You are our treasure!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

If it weren't for my Mom, our Birthday/Saint Patrick's Day Party on the 13th would never have been photographed for posterity! Getting a shot of any of the "wee ones" posed somewhat of a challenge due to the fact that they couldn't sit still but hopefully this gives you a sense of the fun that was had despite the gloomy weather outside. Good excuse for a nice fire in the hearth is what we say!
